Frequently asked questions
What do I need to rent a car?
You'll need a valid driver's licence and a copy uploaded during booking. If your licence was issued outside Nigeria, you will need to upload your international passport too.
Is there a security deposit?
A refundable deposit is held during payment at pickup and released within 3–5 business days after the car is returned in its original condition. The amount depends on the vehicle class.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your pickup time. Changes to dates or vehicle are subject to availability and any price difference.
What is the latest drop-off time?
The latest permitted drop-off time for bookings is 2:00 PM local time unless we agree otherwise in writing. Returning the vehicle later than the agreed drop-off time may result in a late return charge.
Is insurance included?
Every rental includes basic insurance with collision damage and theft protection. You can add full coverage during checkout to reduce your excess to zero.
What is your fuel and mileage policy?
Please return the car with the same fuel level as pickup. If it’s returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply based on the current per-liter rate. Mileage is unlimited on all vehicles.
What happens if I break down?
Our 24/7 roadside assistance is included with every booking. Call our support line and we will dispatch help or arrange a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.
